Certified in-floor scales, in the shipping/receiving zone, are used for all incoming and outgoing products. Certified capacity, Product, Raw Material and Die storage racks are widely used. A 6,000# max overhead crane is used which travels the entire shop floor and does loading in the recessed dock. 9 overhead hoists and jib cranes from 4,000# through 1,000# capacity, load coils of metal onto our 21 coil reels. These hoists and jib cranes are shared between several roll forming machines, each. Several 6,000# electric forklifts and one 3,000# electric forklift are used for loading, unloading and handling, as well as powered & unpowered pallet movers, die carts and other portable handling equipment.
